Camping with cousins

We went car camping at Samuel P. Taylor State Park with the cousins—our first time tent camping as a family of four.

Soren helped me set up the tent...

...and then everyone tested it out.


We had s'mores...

...and then slept in.


Our campsite was great, and offered easy access to the creek, complete with a nice sitting spot.

Tomorrow promises to be a big day, with a birthday party in the morning and then a musical on Mt. Tam in the afternoon, so Sigrid prepared a Father's Day feast one day ahead of time.

LBS graduation

Today, Anders graduated from Little Bear. He got all dressed up in the morning...


...as did Soren.



The school was all set up for the graduation (which the kids had been practicing for all week).


Halmoni and Haraboji came.
