Bass Harbor nature boat tour

After hiking Acadia National Park with the whole crew, the Kwundersons drove down to Bass Harbor to take a boat tour. We learned a lot about the local history and about fishing in the area.

We saw a lot of sunning seals.

We also went by a huge salmon farm. There were a half dozen or so gigantic cages, each of which was home to about 40,000 salmon.

And at the end, they pulled up a lobster pot, which had about a dozen lobsters in it. All but one were too small, but that one was a keeper.
