Merrydale Ciderworks

On our third full day in Victoria, we drove about 30 miles north to Merrydale Ciderworks, in Cowichan Valley, where they make all sorts of cider.

Anders was a fan of the water feature out in front of the main building.

We took a self-guided tour, taking a look at the apple trees, and the tools used for fermenting, bottling, and labeling.

It was a beautiful day, and we had a great time.  (We also bought a bottle of Cidre Normandie to take home to San Francisco.)
